This website provides general information about Texas Wild Seafood, our products, our family story, the farmers markets where we sell, and our preorder service. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

Availability, pricing, and market schedules

Seafood availability, sizes, cuts, pack formats, prices, and market attendance may change without notice because of weather, catch, landings, holidays, and other conditions. Website information is not a guarantee that an item will be available at a particular market. Check our latest Instagram update before making a special trip.

Food handling and allergies

Seafood is a major food allergen. Product descriptions and cooking ideas are general information, not medical, dietary, or professional food-safety advice. Keep seafood at safe temperatures, prevent cross-contact, and follow current guidance from qualified health and food-safety authorities.

Preorders and order confirmation

A contact request or availability inquiry does not create an order or guarantee a product. A preorder request is subject to the displayed ordering cutoff, inventory, successful payment or payment authorization, and our confirmation. Your seafood is reserved only after the site confirms the completed payment or authorization. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if another issue affects fulfillment.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the correct market and pickup. Preorders must be collected during the pickup window shown at checkout unless we agree to another arrangement.

Variable-weight seafood and payment

Some seafood is priced by weight. For those items, the site displays an expected range and a maximum authorized total. Your card may be authorized for that maximum, but the final charge is based on the seafood actually fulfilled and weighed, together with the displayed Preorder Fee. The final charge will not exceed the authorized maximum. Fixed-price items are charged at the price shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may temporarily show an authorization as a pending transaction. The timing for releasing unused authorization amounts is controlled by your bank or card issuer.

Substitutions, changes, and cancellations

We follow the substitution preference submitted with your preorder. Because seafood supply depends on the catch and market conditions, an item or portion may become unavailable after checkout. If we cannot fulfill all or part of an order, we may reduce the final charge, release an uncaptured authorization, cancel the affected item or order, or issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Market schedules and pickups may change because of weather, safety concerns, closures, or circumstances outside our control. We will use the contact information provided with the preorder to communicate material changes.

Customer information and marketing

Information submitted through the preorder service is handled as described in our privacy policy. Transactional messages about an order do not require marketing consent. Marketing messages are optional and will be sent only when you separately select the marketing checkbox. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Website content

The Texas Wild Seafood name, original copy, original photography, and site design may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission. Select seafood photography is used under the Pexels license and remains subject to its source terms.

Third-party links

Links to Instagram, maps, markets, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content, availability, accessibility, and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Texas Wild Seafood does not make warranties about uninterrupted access or the completeness of website information and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them when the website or our practices change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
